These three payment methods represent 96% of all online transactions. 82% of British Internet users shop regularly online, the highest amount 28 EU states. Internet penetration is at 50.5% and is expected to grow to 58% next year. Smartphones are almost even with the number of home computers. Online payment systems continue to hamper e-commerce and product quality complaints continue to plague shoppers with what they see and what they purchase not looking the same.
